Superior Court Office Closed to Public Through Shelter in Place

During the “Shelter in Place” time ordered by Governor Kemp, the Monroe County Clerk of Superior Court’s office will be working but asks the public not to come to the courthouse. The Superior Court office is not accepting notary applications, passport applications, notarizing documents or accepting any civil fillings that are not eFiled during this time. This is for employees’ protection and the protection of the public. If you must attain a copy from the Superior Court record room or have questions, please call the office 478-994-7022 during office hours. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
