Bolingbroke-based Hudson & Marshall in conjunction with Houston Auto Auction will hold real estate and equipment auctions for Monroe County on Saturday, May 30.
The real estate auction, which will feature the old High Falls fire station and five other county-owned tracts, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 30 at the Monroe County Maintenance Facility at 523 Montpelier Ave., Forsyth, GA 31029.
There will be Open Houses for the High Falls fire station in advance of the auction from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, May 25, or by appointment. Call Steve Slocumb at 478-957-4283 for more information.
The equipment auction, which will feature various items including a dozen vehicles, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 30 (immediately following the real estate auction) at the Monroe County Maintenance Facility at 523 Montpelier Ave., Forsyth, GA 31029.
There will be an Open House for the vehicles and equipment in advance of the auction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 29 at 523 Montpelier Ave.
