Filming Permit Application

Click HERE to view the county’s Filming Permit Application.  Applications may be submitted in person to the Monroe County Board of Commissioners’ office at 38 West Main St., Forsyth, GA, 31029, by mail to Monroe County Board of Commissioners, P.O. Box 189, Forsyth, GA 31029, or by e-mail to Monroe County Public Information Officer Richard Dumas at rdumas@monroecoga.org.  Filming permit fee payments may be submitted in person to the Monroe County Board of Commissioners’ office or by mail.  Checks should be made payable to the Monroe County Board of Commissioners.
